Gypsum plaster is cheap and easy to spread. Only one layer of not more than 2 cm thick is spread. After smoothing the surface is even smoother than the surface of cement-lime plaster.

Gypsum plaster accumulates heat well. Its another advantage is good vapour permeability. It can absorb ambient humidity and give it back when it gets dry inside. Thus it creates a pleasant and healthy microclimate in the house. Plasters are good enough to be spread on all mineral bases. Gypsum plasters are made of natural gypsum. They are also made from mineral filling materials and modifying additives, which improve properties of the binding material, mortar workability and plasticity. Popularity of machine plastering reduced an interest in manual plastering, which is less efficient and uneconomic. It is more frequently that gypsum plastering is machine-made with use of the technology that Plasters International applies.

Gypsum plastering may be made on a mineral base such as ceramic bricks, lime and sand base, common and cellular concrete base and base made of wafer and cement boards.
